We stayed one night at the Grand Mansion, Our room was very nice. It looked like a bed & breakfast place at one time but it isn't that now. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores, We ate at Texas Roadhouse, which was very good. The next morning we ate at the Calio Cafe and it was excellent. Enjoyed the United States Marshal Museum before leaving town.

Lots to do.
Lots to do. The US Marshals museum is cool, lots of antique stores, the historical site was very interesting, some good restaurants are in the area, and we liked being close to the Arkansas River. Would've liked to do the art museums ... next time.

While we were traveling through, I chose the Fort Smith location as a stopover point based upon mileage traveled. Our accommodations were in the city and as we learned, the free parking in the area was somewhat limited. The outside eating establishments were several city blocks away. No problem for us, but those with mobility issues may want to consider the many properties we saw on the outskirts of the city.

We were only there for one night on a cross country trip, but as we drove out I saw many places I would have liked to stop and explore, especially in the downtown and riverfront areas. There were numerous entertainment/restaurants/shopping areas that might have been fun had we had time.

Excellent staff.
Excellent staff. Very comfortable bed with just the right amount of bedding and pillows. Wifi was great as was the tv cable options.
Breakfast was a great start to my morning.
This property is in a good location and for a woman travelling alone, I felt safe. I do think that the desk clerk took extra effort in choosing the room, so that I would.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There are many things to like about the Wyndham. The floor-to-ceiling atrium and constantly-flowing waterfall give the property the feel of more expensive hotels. The breakfast is outstanding, although not included with some room options. (And I had to ask for my coupon; the front desk clerk forgot to give it to me at checkin.) Room was spotless.
Very clean and nice the breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel setting! I feel like it could have been a little cheaper than I paid for the queen suite but there were 4 teenage boys and 2 adults and we had plenty of room!! I'd stay again! Pool area was nice it was just us down there the whole time.
The hotel was the cleanest we encountered during our 2-week trip to the SW. The design of the rooms was perfect, and the mattress was wonderful. Thanks to the staff who honored our request for a "fragrance-free, hypoallergenic" room! Also, was 1-minute walk to a fantastic restaurant.
Breakfast was not made at the hotel and staff preferred guest to have extra money to pay breakfast at the bistro. I enjoyed having the pool available and the gym but when it came to accommodating guest with breakfast and a clean room, the expectations were not met.
The Apartment was very complete. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Living and siting room. Location is very close to downtown and important museums, like the National Park Service.
Comfy beds! Handy checkin with code..
Check in was very easy. Rooms were clean. Would stay there again. We were there on the 4th of July. This hotel is in walking distance to the River Park so we were able to walk to the park and to watch a great fireworks display.
This was a nasty room. Super small. Blanket as thin as a sheet. Bed hard as a rock. Microwave was melting and falling apart. I am not gonna recommend for anybody. Nobody deserves to spend their hard earned money on this hotel
room, bed, breakfast was all wonderful. love the grand entry. and the waterfall, setting area we will stay again and will bring family and friends. Kim, Lacy, and Chrissy were very helpful.
like the size and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is close to the highway for travel and close to really good food options from a McDonalds hamburger to a really good steak.
Very friendly host, communicated well. Great area, very safe. It was a great stay all the way around. If we ever go to Fort Smith again we will definitely stay here!
All the staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean. The hotel was overall exceptional for the price. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!
